Blastworks team recently stepped away from the office for an afternoon filled with sunshine, great food, and some friendly volleyball competition. The outing brought employees together in a relaxed and energetic setting, creating opportunities to connect, recharge, and strengthen relationships outside of the workplace.
What began as a casual team lunch quickly turned into an afternoon of spirited volleyball matches, laughter, and memorable moments shared across teams. The event highlighted the collaborative and people-focused culture that continues to shape the Blastworks experience, where teamwork extends far beyond day-to-day projects.
Activities like these play an important role in fostering stronger connections between colleagues, encouraging communication, collaboration, and shared experiences that positively influence how teams work together back in the office. Whether competing on the volleyball court, brainstorming creative ideas, or building engaging player experiences, the Blastworks team embraces the belief that collaboration is strongest when people genuinely enjoy working together.
At Blastworks, creating a fun and engaging workplace culture remains just as important as creating great games. Team events like this continue to reinforce the company’s “Work Is a Blast” philosophy, bringing people together, boosting energy, and making work feel a little more like play.
